A temperature sensor for a vehicle is provided to improve the response by grounding one side electrode surface of a ceramic device and by electrically connecting the other side electrode surface to a terminal. In a temperature sensor for a vehicle, a lower side electrode surface of a ceramic device(46) is directly fixed and bonded to a closed end portion(24) through a conductive adhesive layer and is grounded to a sensor body(20). An upper side electrode surface of the ceramic device is connected to a lower end connection section(38) of a terminal(42a) through an upper connection surface of a connection disc(50) having connection surfaces at upper and lower portions.
