<p>A call manager system 300 for use in a mobile telephony network comprises a data record generator 312 arranged to receive an incoming data stream in a series of individual frames representing calls occurring on the mobile telephony network, store individual frames in a file repository 314, and generate call data records (CDRs) corresponding to the calls. A call manager 320 is arranged to manage the storage and retrieval of CDRs to/from a CDR repository 324, including user selection 330 of CDRs of a specific type of calls and execution of a "drill down" operation in which details of indivi dual frames that make up a selected call can be obtained from the file repository 314, upon request from a user input 330, for detailed data analysis. Hence, rather than limiting analysis to the CDRs, which contain only a specific subset of information, a more comprehensive detail signalling analysis is made available.</p> |
