摘要 An apparatus for removing a carbonate from a zinc-nickel plating solution is provided to separate a carbonate crystallized by cooling of the plating solution from the plating solution completely and easily by a transfer screw, reduce consumption of raw materials and defective proportion by optimally controlling the plating solution, and improve productivity and reduce environmental load by improving efficiency of the plating process. As an apparatus(100) for removing a carbonate formed in a plating solution of a zinc-nickel alloy, an apparatus for removing a carbonate from the zinc-nickel plating solution comprises: a cooling tank(110) installed on a path through which the plating solution is supplied from a plating tank(10) to crystallize the plating solution by cooling the plating solution; a discharge pipe(120) which is connected to a lower end of the cooling tank and inclined upward, and on which a discharge port(121) is installed at a position higher than the surface of water of the cooling tank; a transfer screw(130) installed on the discharge pipe to discharge crystal of a carbonate precipitated into the cooling tank to the discharge port along the discharge pipe; and a transfer motor(140) for rotating the transfer screw.
