H/V INTERRUOTER WITH SUCTION TYPE ARC QUENCHING SYSTEM

A high voltage interrupter with a suction type arc quenching system is provided to prevent a re-triggering due to the lowering of insulation recovery property by completely quenching an arc occurring during a blocking operation with cold gas flowed through an extra inlet. In a high voltage interrupter with a suction type arc quenching system, a fixed unit side main contact point(3) is formed at a front end of a fixed unit side conductor(1). A movable unit side fixed conductor(20) is formed to be opposite to the fixed unit side conductor(1). A fixed unit side arc contact point(2) is formed in a central part of the fixed unit side conductor(1). A movable unit arc contact point(10) is formed at an end of a movable rod(13) which is formed at a center of a movable unit main contact point(15). A heat/gas discharging/blocking unit(4) is formed in the central part of the fixed unit side conductor(1) for preventing a discharge and a re-inflow of a heat/gas caused by an arc generated between the fixed unit side arc contact point(2) and the movable unit arc contact point(10). And, the heat/gas discharging/blocking unit(4) includes a heat/gas outlet(6).
