The method for the physical rehabilitation of the patients with ischemic heart disease comprises the bicycle trainings employing the training device. The diagnostic veloergometry is performed assessing the threshold of the tolerability to the physical load. The various loads are used providing for the varying pedaling rate. The trainings in bicycleergometer are performed accounting for the individual the threshold of the tolerability. The number of training sessions is 10-12.
