An appliance for purification of exhaust gases of combustion engine has slag collector with pallet 6 placed in its lower section, this surrounds a rotary chamber 1, a confuser and a distribution chamber. To the rotary chamber in tangent direction inlet branch pipe with ejector is connected, its passive section is placed between the walls of the slag collector and the oil collector. The oil collector is placed between the slag collector and the otary chamber and the confuser and is hermetically connected to the outer surface of the distribution chamber, at that the upper cavity of the oil collector is connected by channels with the lower cavity of the oil collector. The neighboring distribution chamber and confuser are installed with gap, at that the baffler of particles is placed at the end of the distribution chamber. In the cavity of the confuser and the rotary chamber cowl is installed, this is connected through channel to the lower section of the oil collector, this one is equipped with pipeline for lubricant discharge.
