A method of obtaining larvae of a drone and bee brood includes using reconstructed honeycombs. The honeycombs are made of plastic segments fastened together with joint axles; a bee family is arranged therein and after a seven-day term from the moment of laying the eggs by a queen bee into the cells of the honeycombs, it is taken out, exempted from one of the joint axles connecting the honeycombs, and the segments are disconnected by a turn around the second axle, and the larvae of the drone and bee brood fall out of the disconnected cells of the honeycombs freely.
