INSTALLATION FOR AIR SEPARATION OF GROUND BULK MATERIAL

摘要

An installation for air separation of ground bulk material contains a unit of loading of material, mixing and starting chambers and a separation head. The mixing chamber is equipped with the plates installed above each other with possibility of turning around horizontal axes. The plates cut the powder-gas flow to horizontal jets. The starting chamber is made in the form of rectilinear duct connecting mixing chamber with separation head, which in the point of attachment of starting camber has rectangular cross section closed by separation grid installed at an angle to the flow direction and made in the form of a set of plates of L-shaped section fixed on the axles for guaranteeing the possibility of changing the slope angle toward the powder-gas flow.
