A system for setting defaults of an electronic device by using a mobile communication terminal is provided to preset the favorite menu defaults, which are repeatedly executed, in a management server and utilize the mobile terminal as a terminal for operating the electronic device through near field radio communication between the mobile terminal and the electronic device and through Internet communication between the terminal and the management server, thereby more conveniently and quickly operating the electronic device through the favorite menus. An electronic device(10) comprises the followings: a controller(11) which controls the operation of the electronic device(10); and a near field radio communication module(12) in which device information data about the electronic device(10) is stored and which is capable of data communication by near field radio communication with a mobile communication terminal(20) and is connected to the controller(11) to transmit the data. The mobile communication terminal(20) comprises the followings: a controller(21) which controls operation of the mobile communication terminal(20); and a near field radio communication module(22) which is capable of data communication by the electronic device(10) and the near field radio communication and is connected to the controller(21) to transmit the data. In a management server(30), the device information data of the electronic device(10) and favorite menu default setting data are constructed. The management server(30) transmits the favorite menu default setting data to the mobile communication terminal(20) through communication with the mobile communication terminal(20).
