A soil nailing apparatus and a construction method thereof are provided to heighten ground reinforcement and construction efficiencies by effective injection and uniform injection density of grouting materials by injecting grouting materials and exhausting the inside air outward through a packer body simultaneously when installing a soil nailing apparatus into a perforated hole and to reduce installation expenses by maximizing allowable strength and yield strength per unit area of a deformed bar. A soil nailing apparatus(100) comprises: a nail body(10) formed in the appointed diameter and composed of a deformed bar(11) and a wire rope(12); a shoe(20) coupled to the end of the nail body; and many packer bodies(30) installed in the longitudinal direction of the nail body, composed of a support member such as porous fiber, cotton, glass cotton or reinforced glass fiber to make water and air absorbed or penetrated easily and a wire mesh set on the support member to reinforce the support member, and connected with a primary hose(41) to get supplied with water or cement water and a secondary hose(42) to get supplied with grouting materials through a perforated hole. A construction method of a soil nailing apparatus comprises the steps of: perforating holes in the horizontal or vertical directions of a tunnel, a cutting slope, an underground excavation, etc.; inserting a soil nailing apparatus to each perforated hole; injecting grouting materials to the perforated hole between a packer body and a shoe through a secondary hose connected to the soil nailing apparatus under low pressure; injecting water into the packer body through a secondary hose connected to the soil nailing apparatus; and reinforcing the ground by proceeding the injecting processes of grouting materials and water to an opening of the perforated hole. |
