<p>Producing a bioresorbable composite material comprises incorporating hydroxyapatite nanoparticles with a particle size of up to 500 nm into a polymer matrix comprising poly-beta -hydroxybutyric acid with a molecular weight of 600000-2300000. An independent claim is also included for a bioresorbable composite material produced as above.</p>
