An apparatus for connecting pipes of exhaust lines is provided to prevent the vertical connection unit from being separated from the exhaust line and preclude the toxic gas from being leaked according to the formation of the long vertical connection unit fixing the O ring. An apparatus for connecting pipes of exhaust lines(10,20) is composed of annular section connection units(300,400) extended at the exhaust lines at the section of the exhaust lines mutually connected; an O ring(500) horizontally fitted between the section connection units; a clamp covering the section connection unit and the O ring; and a cylindrical vertical connection unit(700) where the O ring is fitted at the center, and inserted in the exhaust line at both sides of the O ring to be longer than the thickness of the O ring.
