Provided is a running machine belt support guide device supporting both sides of the belt that runs through the press part by guide rollers, to thereby maintain an adequate tension and prevent the belt from leaving its track. The belt support guide device for a running machine comprises a plurality of brackets(30) downwardly inclined from the lower portion of guide frames(10) on both sides; a central axis having a head(51) inserted into a bushing(41) that is coupled to the center of a cylindrical bearing; a first nut(61) screw-connected to a screw(52) formed at the bottom of the central axis; a second nut(62) screw-connected to the bottom of the bracket(30) by being inserted into a hole(31) in the bracket(30) to thereby fix bearings on both sides upwardly and inclinedly onto the bracket(30); and ring-shaped support steps(51a,61a), each having the same size as the outer circumference of the bushing(41) and being closely adhered to the upper and lower parts of the bushing(41), respectively. In this way, the bearings are capable of pressing inclinedly both sides of the belt(22) running through the press part.
