A rolling bearing for finely rotating in opposite directions is provided to prevent a minute slip of a rolling body by using a urea compound as a thickener of a grease. In a rolling bearing for finely rotating in opposite directions, a rolling body is formed of ceramic. A carbo-nitride layer is formed on track surfaces(2a,3a) of inner and outer wheels(2,3). And, a urea compound is used as a thickener of a grease(7).
