A chain type conveyor with direction converting rollers is provided to enable mass-production thereof by simplifying the structure of the direction converting rollers. A conveyor includes a chain type conveyor(20), a pair of brackets, and direction converting rollers(70). The chain type conveyor linearly feeds an article positioned when the chain type conveyor is driven by a drive unit. The chain type conveyor includes a plurality of chain plates which are foldably connected to each other. The lower side of the bracket is fixed to the outer surface of the chain plate so as to be symmetrical to the front and rear sides. A fixation piece on the upper side of the bracket is slantly formed. The direction converting rollers convert the direction of the article with a frictional rotating force.
