Surface covering and method for making the same

The surface coating includes dorsal face and frontal face. The two faces of the dorsal layer in wallpapers and wall lining constitute a dorsal face of the coating (1) to cover the surface (2) and the two faces are placed oppositely to one another. The frontal layer (4) has two faces, where one of the faces constitutes the frontal face of the coating to decorate the surface and other face is covered with polyvinyl chloride/acryl with the liquids. The polyethylene film (5) has two faces, which adhere to the face of the dorsal layer and the frontal layer. An independent claim is included for a manufacturing process of surface coating.
