A crutch having variable lengths is provided to facilitate carrying and storage of the crutch when the crutch is not used, to adopt the crutch depending on physical conditions of users, and to impart improved supporting force to the crutch. The crutch comprises: an upper support section(10) including an armpit support portion(11) at the top thereof and a grasping protrusion formed at the bottom of a receiving hole for supporting a lower support section(20); a lower support section(20) having a threaded portion coupled to the threaded portion of the grasping protrusion of the upper support section(10); and a grip fixed selectively to a plurality of grip holders(41) formed on the outer circumference of the upper support section(10).
