The invention relates to heat-insulated structures of outer walls in civil house-building. The heat-insulated wall of a house includes bearing section of wall, outer plate heater, facing as thin-layer plaster on elastic net with decorative layer and thrust dowels with support heads for fixation and facing to the wall. To increase reliability of facing, the support heads of dowels are placed over the net in depressions of the heater.
