A system and a method for offering an integrated file conversion service are provided to enable a manager to set inquiry or distribution control to each document or subscriber service level by installing a file conversion server for offering the file conversion service. A service provider server(200) provides the diverse formats of files according to a user request. The file conversion server(300) is connected to the service provider server through the network and converts the diverse formats of files into the formatted file. A user terminal(100) includes a web browser(101) for enabling the user to inquire information obtained from the service provider server and a document editing program(103) provided from the file conversion server. The file conversion server includes a file service program(301) storing a process related to a procedure needed for the file conversion service, a file converter(302) converting the file according to a control signal of the file service program, a cash(303) storing the file, and a divider(304) dividing the file into texts and images.
