The invention provides antibodies for mutant form of the epidermal receptor growth factor known as EGFRvIII. This mutant is found only or, primarily, on the surface of hlyoblastomic cells, on cells of the mamma carcinoma, ovary, lungs. Antibodies that provided by the invention, have high affinnity for EGFRvIII and form the immunotoxins with 38 kD by the fragment of the A Pseudomonas exotoksine , in which the domain I, with higher cytotoxicity and output was deleted, than antibodyies that known from a level of technique, including scFv, that is marking as MR1. In particular, the invention provides antibody designated as MR1-1, that has mutations in CDR3 VH and VL of circuits for providing theantibodies with especially improved cytotoxicity. The invention provides also the additional antibodyies, in which MR1 mutated into 2 VH or VL, or to both, for the best, than for starting MR1 antibody, binding with EGFRvIII.
