A hydraulic damper has a body filled with working liquid, a spring-supported rod with piston, this separates the body to two cavities and has an opening. The body has inclined partition with opening, the piston is placed in it with possibility of displacement in vertical direction, the opening is arranged in the cylindrical surface of the piston as inclined throttle cut, besides that on the body itself drive of turn mechanism is installed, this has electric motor with reducer and open toothed gearing.
