Appliance for lining the outer section of a building has bearing elements as vertical guides and support plates with pins. On the horizontal plates of the floor of the building one fixes inserts to which by means of metal pickups, with possibility of displacement in vertical direction, vertical guide profiles with special design are fixed for fixation of heater and lining plates.
