The proposed conductometric biosensor system for determining content of sucrose co0ntains two transducers. The first transducer contains two pairs of conductometric electrodes. The first pair contains a diaphragm that is sensitive to saccharose. The second pair contains a reference diaphragm. The second transducer contains two pairs of electrodes. The first pair contains a diaphragm for determining the total content of glucose and saccharose. The second pair contains a reference diaphragm.
