A variable frequency resonator of an intake system in a vehicle is provided to regulate resonant frequency freely by adjusting opening degree with moving back and forth in turning, and to reduce noise by thread-connecting the resonator to the intake hose. A resonator(20) is installed in an intake hose(10) of a vehicle to remove specific frequency among intake noise by surrounding the intake hose. An inner periphery of a hole in which the intake hose is fitted is thread-connected to an outer periphery of the intake hose to move the resonator back and forth in turning. The opening degree between an internal space(22a) of the resonator and an internal space of the intake hose is adjusted by moving back and forth. The resonator includes an assembling pipe part(21) having a thread combined with the outer periphery of the intake hose, a case part(22) integrally formed with the assembling pipe part and cylindrically formed by surrounding the assembling pipe part, and an inlet part(23) integrated with an opening part(12) of the intake hose to communicate the case part with the internal space of the intake hose. The inlet part is adjusted integrally with the opening part in moving the resonator back and forth.
