An energy dissipator of water of a floating object of ocean facilities, in which the breakwater is made in the form of metallic or ferroconcrete pontoons with open-end holes located below the water level, which are connected by anchor ropes with the anchors and are connected with flexible bonds with floating object of ocean facilities.
