An impact device contains a housing, in which a storage battery, a chamber of cocking and an overflow chamber, a striker executed in the form of piston and stock are located, moreover, on the stock a stepped valve is coaxially located with possibility of limited axial displacement with the help of a support for periodic interaction with the piston of the striker, and the surfaces of valve and housing create a chamber, in which the active area of valve is located, moreover, the chamber is connected with the choke opening and opening of normal section. In this case, through these openings the pumping main has periodic connection with the drain line, and the opening of normal section is located with possibility of overlapping by external surface of the larger diameter of valve, moreover, an opening with possibility of introduction in the zone of annular groove is made on the surface of the larger diameter of valve, and in the upper part of the valve is an opening. The device is equipped with the second striker, which is located coaxially to the first one, moreover, the second striker is connected with the unit of its cocking in initial position.
