A heat exchanger has a body, branch pipes for supply and discharge of heat carriers, channel for motion of heat-release heat carrier and channel for motion of heat-receiving heat carrier, those are separated with continuous heat-transfer wall pressed by rods. The heat exchanger has additional channel for motion of heat-receiving heat carrier, this is connected to the channel for motion of heat-receiving heat carrier, additional heat-transfer wall separating the additional channel for motion of heat-receiving heat carrier from the channel for motion of heat-transfer heat carrier. The heat-transfer walls are made closed as cylindrical surfaces placed coaxially. Heat-transfer walls are made of metal, each of the walls is pressed between rods placed in pairs arranged with possibility of rotation to opposite sides.
