A talent offering system and an operating method thereof are provided to make students eagerly perform online/offline learning by offering talent used as cash to the students in rewards for the online/offline learning. A member company terminal(100) requests registration of users registered to a member company, provides the talent to a registered member, and stores the provided talent information and member information. A talent management server(400) generates member ID information by using member information received from the member company terminal, stores the member ID information by matching with member company ID information, and accumulates the talent information inputted from the member company terminal by opening an electronic account corresponding to the member ID information. The server provides a service page for providing the talent to the connected member, provides the corresponding talent to the member if a preset result is attained through the service page, and enables the member to buy contents or articles with the talent. |
