A necklace type hearing aid is provided to minimize a sense of shame by easily attaching a brooch of a necklace on a shell of a compact sized hearing aid. In a necklace hearing aid, a brooch is attached to a necklace. A hearing aid shell is installed on a rear surface of the brooch attached to the necklace. A pair of first and second lead lines(41,42) are coupled to one side through a pair of through holes(38,39) formed on the rear surface of the hearing aid shell. A pair of female audio jacks(41a,42a) are connected to the other sides of the first and second lead lines(41,42). A pair of male plugs are installed on third and fourth lead lines. Left and right side ear receivers output audio signals outputted from a third capacitor of an audio processing unit by being installed on the other ends of the third and fourth lead lines. |
