METHOD FOR PREVENTING SYNDROME OF SURGICAL MENOPAUSE IN WOMEN AFTER HYSTEROOPHORECTOMY

The method for preventing the syndrome of the surgical menopause in the women after hysteroophorectomy comprises the substitution hormonal therapy (monotherapy) using transdermal and vaginal forms of the estrogenic drugs. The prophylaxis of the syndrome of the surgical menopause starts since the second postoperative day under control of the content of steroid and gonadotropic hormones in the blood serum.
