METHOD OF HIGH-SPEED WINDING OF THREAD ON PACKING

摘要

A method of high-speed winding of thread on the packing includes supply of thread at constant speed, low-inertia lay-up into the packing by thread guide, which is evenly rotated and moved lengthwise and perpendicularly to the axis of its rotation at free motion of thread in the area of lay-up from the eye of thread guide to the surface of winding according to the assigned law. The winding of thread on the packing is carried out by differential lay-up of thread. For this the packing is given an additional forward motion along rotational axis of packing in the plane being parallel to the plane of rotation of thread guide and perpendicular to the axis of displacement of rack.
