Well pulser comprises of body, adapter, valve and spring. The pulser has rod with channel in which the tail element of the valve is placed, with threaded tail element, this is placed in the central opening in the lower section of the body, and throttle plate placed lower than the level of central opening with possibility of change of the dimension of the opening at the instant of turn with respect to the axis of the rod.
