The wooden panel comprises several interconnected layers and inside these is a cross layer formed from individual boards or a layer (2) formed by a plate which is connected with force locking engagement to at least one adjoining ribbed layer (3) which comprises individual elements (5) each having a cross-section which increases outwards towards the flat side (6) of the board. The adjoining individual elements of the ribbed layer are spaced from each other at their foot area which is connected to the cross plate (2).
