The proposed method for communicating information for commercial or advertising purpose consists in developing visual or sound information materials, propagating the information materials among the perspective consumers of goods or services, and granting discounts to the consumers that purchase goods or services. The method is distinctive by installing, at locations with mass stay of people, terminals for communicating with the users by mobile communication facilities, generating the internal data base for storing information messages and the internal data base for storing information on popular goods and services, assigning the identification codes to the goods and services, generating the data base with catalogues for the goods and services, transmitting the information contained in the data bases to the terminals, and generating the data base with information on the customers.
