The proposed trade procedure implies the use of a computer with a data base for goods and services and consists in acquainting a customer with the list of the proposed goods and services, paying for the goods or services by the customer, and delivering the goods or granting the services to the customer. The customer can read the list of the goods and services by facsimile or telephone communication, via the Internet network, or by other information communication facilities. The goods or services can be paid for by cash or cashless settlement. After the acknowledgement of the payment, the seller issues the customer a sales cheque presented as an electronic document that will be used a claim to the seller occurs.
