The proposed device for measuring flow rate of liquid contains a casing with an inlet branch pipe and an outlet branch pipe, a gate valve with a spring, a screw for adjusting the spring tension, and an induction transducer. The gate valve contains a rod, a valve collar, and a socket. The induction transducer contains am inductance coil and a permanent magnet, which is fixed to the valve collar.
