An apparatus for holding a skin of an airplane for a polishing work is provided to improve the efficiency of the polishing work by stably holding a skin product. An apparatus for holding a skin of an airplane for a polishing work includes a base section(10), a structure(20), a plurality of positioning members(30), and a drive section(40). A plurality of wheels and fixing pads are provided at a lower end portion of the base section. The structure is installed on the upper side of the base section so as to be ascended, descended or rotated. The positioning members are disposed on both side surfaces of the structure so as to be separated from each other. Clamps clamping an end of the skin are provided at both ends of the positioning member. The drive section ascends and descends and rotates the structure.
