<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know the mesh population in real time and with a reduced error and also to know the age-based population, the age class-based population by dividing a map into prescribed standard area meshes and displaying the population data included in each area mesh. SOLUTION: An area mesh dividing part 4 divides the map data turned into an electronic data at a map read input part 3 into prescribed standard area meshes and gives the mesh codes to these meshes to store them in a map data file 5. A data input part 6 inputs the personal data including the mesh codes. A population data production part 7 extracts the data on the population out of the personal data and produces the population data on the total population, the age-based population, the age class-based population, etc., included in the corresponding standard area mesh to store them in a population data file 8. A control part 2 reads the corresponding map data and the corresponding population data out of the files 5 and 8 respectively and displays the corresponding population data at a proper place in a compartment line of each standard area mesh.</p> |
