A leak prevention frame having the width-adjusting function is provided to improve constructability, transportability and workability by manufacturing an extension plate for the remaining part except structurally unchanged parts of a lower frame in various sizes and installing variously according to the thickness of a wall and to cut down on manufacturing costs by manufacturing equipment only for a small-sized extension plate. A leak prevention frame having the width-adjusting function comprises: a main body(10) of a lower frame unchanged regardless of the thickness of a wall of a building, and provided with bearing planes(10c,10d) to locate an upper frame having guide rails for a window, a drainage guide plane(10a) to discharge stagnant water such as rainwater to the outside through a drain hole and an open setting groove(11) having rugged vertical projections(11a); and an extension plate(30) manufactured in various sizes to keep in appropriate extension width(d) according to the thickness of the wall and provided with an extension(31) having vertical projections(31a) corresponding to the vertical projections of the main body to be inserted and coupled selectively into the setting groove of the main body. |
