METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIPIDIC SAMPLE FOR GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

The proposed method for producing lipidic sample for gas chromatography consists in providing the hydrolysis and methylation of the sediment of bacterial cells in the presence of methylation catalyzer at a temperature of 60 à 80 ?C for 15 à 20 minutes and extracting lipids from the obtained product by hexane-ether mix with the ratio of 1:1 between the components of the mix. As the catalyzer, 1 % solution of sulfinyl chloride in methanol is used. The proposed method ensures complete hydrolysis and methylation of lipids and, as a result, high quality of lipidic samples for gas chromatography.
