The invention relates to the surface treatment by high-speed abrasive jet with use of heat. A device for formation of the jet of thermo-pneumatic abrasive mixture contains a cylindrical housing with branch pipes for sparkplug and for supply of gaseous oxidizer, a jacket, a flame tube with openings, a conduit of pneumatic abrasive mixture, a jet with end cover, a distributive cap and a holder with Laval nozzle. The jet is tightly mounted on the inlet end of the conduit, and its outlet end is located in the Laval nozzle. The section of jet in the chamber of preheating and evaporation of fuel is equipped with helical surface with formation of screw channels. Jet is located in the cavity of distributor placed inside the housing. Injection channels for supply of oxidizer are executed in the body of the distributor in radial direction. The diameter of openings of flame tube in the area of ignition is greater than the diameter of openings in the combustion area for 0.9-1.1 mm. Technical result: the possibility of fuel flow control, which leads to its more complete utilization.
