The proposed device for presenting advertising information contains a suspended support, a frame, which can rotate relative to the support, elements for placing advertising messages, and additionally, acoustic system with one or more loudspeakers. The loudspeakers are installed at the upper surface the corners of the frame. The proposed device may contain shock-absorbers. One of the shock-absorbers shall be installed at the upper part of the frame.
