An extruder for briquetting biological waste contains a loading device located on the frame with transporting and additional screws, to front wall of which a housing is connected with chambers of pressing and unloading with extrusion devices installed in them. The housing consists of loading, pressing and unloading parts, extrusion worm, which from the side of drive is connected with a threaded rod and is located in the chamber of pressing, and a heating device. The extrusion worm is conic and consists of two parts and it is installed on the axis of transporting screw. On the loading part of the housing a demountable collar is installed on horizontal axle and an annular ledge is made, face surface of which contacts with annular ledge on pressing part of the housing.
