The method for assessing the severity of the threat of pregnancy miscarrying comprises the external tocography, the estimation of the contractility of the uterus, the ultrasonic examination of cervix uteri and calculation of the cervical coefficient. Then all the data are analyzed and the severity of the threat of pregnancy miscarrying is scored in the points. The sum of the points is the basis for developing the optimal tactics of the treatment.
