A railroad tank car with upper arrangement of fitting contains two carts, an auto-brake, two auto-coupling devices, a parking brake, a boiler fastened to a frame and equipped with fitting with upper arrangement, two external stairs with maintenance platform of fitting, devices of protection of the valves in emergency in case if tilting of cistern, which are installed from each side from the fitting and contain lateral spacers and guard arcs executed above the level of fitting. Furthermore, lateral spacers are installed at an angle ? to the guard arcs from the side of auto-coupling devices and, like guard arcs, they are welded on to the cover plates of boiler.
