METHOD FOR TREATING SQUAMOUS CELL CANCER OF EXTERNAL FEMALE GENITALIA

The method for treating the squamous cell cancer of the external female genitalia comprises the neoadjuvant polychemotherapy, the surgical treatment in the scope of the extended vulvectomy, and the radiotherapy. The three cycles of neoadjuvant polychemotherapy are performed. The first cycle provides for the next drugs administered every 24 hours in turn according to the following schedule: Cyclophosphamide 2400-2800 mg at a single dose of 0.6-1.2mg/m2; Methotrexate 150-200 mg at a single dose of 60-80 mg/m2; 5-fluorouracyl 1.5-2.0 g at a single dose of 1 g/m2.
