Reversing toe of rotary hydraulic unit has self-installing segments installed on supports, those have at the ends at two sides cascades and are installed with zero tangent eccentricity. Cascades are placed at the sides of coming and leaving edges of the working surface of segment. Length of those in tangent direction is determined by hydro-dynamical calculation.
