A machine for rolling of a sheet into the pipe contains a tractive unit, a device for seizing front end of the sheet, a forming element. The forming element is made in the form of a slot draw plate, in which at inlet the roller of preliminary molding is located, pressure roller is located inside, and at the output - internal caliber, outside diameter of which is equal to the inside diameter of the pipe to be manufactured. The cross section of draw plate at the inlet is the arc of ellipsis, largest diameter of which is greater than the width of sheet, which at the output smoothly passes into the cross section, which is a circle, length of which is equal to the width of sheet.
