An error preventive apparatus of sealer application using laser beam is provided to allow rapid and precise detection of error occurrences in seal application and to elevate the whole product quality by error prevention of sealer application. The error preventive apparatus of sealer application using laser beam comprises: an assembly frame(10) for receiving safely a processing target(11); a laser beam generator(30) emitting laser beam(31) on sealer application region of the processing target; a sealer application gun(40) which applying sealer on the laser beam irradiated region; a light receiving part(33) sensing the laser beam reflected from the sealer application region of the processing target(11); a process control part(50) detecting error occurrence in sealer application of the processing target.
