An audio output control method in a device link system based on a TV is provided to more conveniently operate and control A/V devices for which a user wishes by connecting A/V devices of various types installed in a home on the basis of the TV. A TV(10) operated as a master device of a device link system detects whether a specific key composed in a TV remote controller is pressed while outputting audio through a TV speaker(S10). When the specific key is pressed, the TV(10) operates and controls a receiver(14) operated as a slave device(S11-S17). The TV(10) outputs audio through a speaker connected to the receiver(14)(S18).
